Full payment must be made before or on the day of your treatment.

  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Clients who do not attend booked appointments without notice may be refused future bookings or charged a no-show fee.
